Underground L.A. is a look into the vast and unknown underground tunnel system of Los Angeles. Originally intended for pedestrians, these tunnels built in the 1920s and 1930s have now become dangerous lairs for corruption. Some have locked chain-link fences surrounding them and others have been permanently blocked off by cement. This series gives an inside look into the crime infested tunnels which once helped pedestrians safely cross busy highways and major intersections.

This series was awarded an ‘Honorable Mention’ by the Neutral Density Awards.
